Econutri is a Graz-based start-up that produces sustainable proteins from CO2, hydrogen and oxygen in a bioprocess using microorganisms. The process is designed to recycle harmful CO2 from industrial plants and provide an alternative production method for proteins that does not require the use of large areas of land, large amounts of water and pesticides, or overfishing of the oceans.
