Photographs and films may be taken at the events on behalf of the project partners. The photos and/or videos taken may be used by the project partners for publication and dissemination in connection with the event without any time or place limit. By attending the event, the participants consent to the publication free of charge, without the need for an explicit declaration by the person concerned. The consent includes in any case the publication of the recordings in print media, in social media, on the websites of the project partners and the dissemination via the distribution lists of the project partners as part of an event review.

In the case of recordings that focus on individual persons, the participants have the right and the opportunity to inform the photographer or videographer at any time that they do not wish to be recorded.
