The focus lies on raising awareness of food waste reduction and strengthening regional value chains.<br \/>\nThe format can be implemented either as a Circular Pizza workshop and\/or as Circular Pizza catering.<br \/>\nUsing regional surplus and leftover ingredients, participants collaboratively prepare high-quality pizza. Through co-creation, they are introduced to good practices, learn how to close material loops, and explore ways to avoid waste. A particular focus is placed on innovative solutions for the reuse of bread and bakery by-products.<br \/>\nIn the Circular Pizza catering format, the principles of the circular economy are made accessible in a low-threshold way: alongside the served pizza, all regional ingredients used are presented, similar to a small market stand.
