We are an association of like-minded actors from the forestry and timber industry. We see ourselves as a network that focuses on the entire value chain, from the standing tree in the forest to the refined wood product. In concrete terms, we promote cooperation among the actors, raise awareness for knowledge exchange and act as a mouthpiece for all members in a cross-sectoral function. Our own event formats, communication campaigns and the realisation of future-oriented, partly institutionally funded projects play a major role in this. It is also crucial for all actors to bring the positive effects of forests and wood closer to the public and thus to have a socially valuable effect with regard to climate protection and sustainability goals.<\/p>\n
